In the LENS Wellbeing workshop, students are introduced to the seven dimensions of wellbeing (spiritual, social & cultural, financial, physical, emotional, environmental, and career & academic).
Students learn about how these dimensions of their wellbeing are interconnected, and how they apply to their own personal journey.
During the workshop, students participate in a wellbeing self-assessment. Based on the results of the self-assessment, students develop goals and actions steps for their second semester to address an area(s) of their wellbeing they wish to improve or enhance.
This guide provides information about on and off-campus resources that can assist students in achieving their wellbeing goals.
