Grammy Award-Winning Mixer/Producer/Engineer Neal H. Pogue is best recognized for his work with major recording artists such as Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Outkast, and P!nk.

Neal’s work mixing the 11-times Platinum OutKast album Speakerboxxx/The Love Below earned him a Grammy for the smash hit “Hey Ya!” He also mixed the hit single “Waterfalls” for TLC’s CrazySexyCool, one of the first albums to receive RIAA Diamond Certification for selling over 10 million copies.

Pogue, produced, mixed and A&R'd Earth, Wind and Fire's critically acclaimed album Now Then and Forever. In addition, he co-wrote the song "Sign On."
